Shipping Policy – Royal Articles

At Royal Articles, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your city and courier service:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery may take longer during sales, Eid holidays, or unexpected situations (weather, strikes, courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your location and order size.

  • Sometimes free shipping offers may apply (if announced on our website or social media).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Royal Articles offers Cash on Delivery in selected areas of Pakistan.
If COD is not available in your area, we will contact you for an alternative payment method.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

  • WhatsApp / SMS / Email (whichever you provided)

You can track your parcel using the courier company’s tracking system.

7. Delivery Issues / Failed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:

  • The courier may attempt delivery again, or

  • The parcel may be returned to us.

In case of return due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

8. Incorrect Address Responsibility

Customers must provide complete and correct shipping details.
Royal Articles will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.

9. Damaged Parcel / Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the parcel and product as proof.

Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted.
